I spent so much time researching the best hotel to stay at in Manila, and I'm glad I picked this hotel. Everything about it was just perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help you and make your stay is very pleasant. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, hot water, super fast internet, tv with plenty of channels, etc. Location is also great and the hotel sits right above a 7eleven store which is very convenient.

For the price you would think this is a 2 star hotel but I can say its much better than most 5 star hotels. Big rooms, split type AC, nice bed, refrigerator, fast WIFI, very nice bathrooms with Hot water. Clean, quite. Just absolute superb! Very happy found this place and from now on it will be the place to be when in Manila.

We like the facilities of the hotel in general. The room was spacious, bed is comfortable, tables, chairs and sofa bed were provided.

BEWARE going here because they have events on the 5th floor which could be very noisy!! We stayed here before Christmas time and the rooms were vibrating and it was TOO noisy!!! We told this to the staff and they did not even say sorry.

I asked for a new set of towel and it was not given until 4:30pm when I followed up.

I like it that for this price the bed is nice and it is with a comforter not just a blanket.

Seems they dont do daily housekeeping. I was inside the room for the first amd 2nd day and no one knocked to clean the room. Then on my 3rd day i was out half of the day and no one cleaned my room

Huge room size plenty of space to move around, bed & pillows very comfortable, peaceful nights sleep. Very Strong wifi signal, promo price if you extend 1 night. Great to have 7-11 underneath the building. Area generally very quiet in the street. Strong water pressure & plenty of hot water. Overall very good value for money, would stay again.

Air con unit working but hard to control temperature, annoying building works from upper floor during the day. furniture scraping noise from other rooms. No security box. No utensils at all in the unit - not even a spoon for tea & coffee making ! Door to unit very stiff & hard to close properly - needs adjustment.

This is our second time. Surprised the first time about the size and the comfy bed. With a balcony to boot. Quite accessible also.

Room not clean, they gave us Room exactly in the area where were hard comstruction works, super noisy from 7 am in the morning

i did not have my breakfast at the hotel so i cant say anything about it

i just wish they had a microwave oven and some spoon, fork, plates. thank you.

Exceptional

Very accessible and balcony is a plus! Having 711 is also a major plus! No frills but clean, ac perfect, and free covered and safe parking too.
